Shipping & Returns

Shipping

-Availibility
I ship within the US via USPS (Ground Advantage).

-International
Due to changes in VAT laws in the EU and UK, and not qualifying or otherwise being unable to collect taxes for other countries, I am unfortunately no longer able to ship outside of the US.

Using a mail proxy service or providing a US address for mail forwarding is possible.

-Rates
$4 - $10+ depending on size and weight

If you made multiple, separate purchases and would like all of your items shipped together, feel free to contact me with your order numbers. I can combine them and refund excess shipping costs.

-Timeframe
Items that are in stock will be shipped within one week of purchase. 

Items that are marked as "pre-orders" will ship within the timeframe outlined on the listing.
 
When your item is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Once shipped, items generally take 2-5 days within the continental US, and 1-3 weeks otherwise to arrive.

Expedited shipping is unavailable on purchase. If you would like an item by a specific date, you can contact me in advance and I can try to accomidate your request.

-Lost and Damaged Items
If you believe your package was lost in the mail, please contact me. I can replace lost items or issue a refund.

If your item was damanged in transit, please contact me within two days of recieving it with pictures of the damage. I can replace the damaged item or issue a refund.

-Returns
If you're unhappy with your purchase in any way, please don't hesitate to reach out!

I accept returns within one week of you receieving your item. All items must be in their original condition. I will provide a shipping label and you will recieve your refund (minus return shipping costs) when the package has been accepted by USPS.

Commission sales are final.
